The great British artist Elton John declared he thinks he will withdraw from the artistic life in order to spend more time with his family.
Father of two children, the artist was planning to end his career next year, with the occasion of his 70 years-old anniversary.
The prodigious musical career of Sir Elton John spans over almost 50 years. His debut occurred in 1969, with the release of the album ‘Empty Sky’.

Over half a century, the English artist has sold over 300 million copies of his albums and received five Grammy awards and an Oscar, which was awarded to him for the theme song ‘Can You Feel The Love Tonight’ in ‘The lion King’.

His most recent album, ‘Wonderful Crazy Night’, was released in February 2016.

The artist also plays in the spy comedy ‘Kingsman: The Golden Circle’, along with Halle Berry and Julianne Moore, which will appear on the big screen next year.

Sir Elton John declared he would like to spend more time putting in order his personal life and taking care of his two sons, Zachary and Elijah, and his life partner, David Furnish.

‘Elton has seen and done everything and he has nothing more to prove’, declared a close source of the artist for The Daily Mail.

There is also speculation that the musician wants to retire from his artistic life to be more involved in his organization, named after him – Elton John Aids Foundation, which has raised over £ 275 million to fight against AIDS.
